• Your Email: If you create a Pro account, we only save your email address. We don't use passwords; instead, we send a secure link to your inbox whenever you want to sign in. This keeps your account safe and easy to access.
• Site Performance: We look at how the site is used (like which buttons are clicked most) so we can make it better. This information doesn't tell us who you are.

2. Your Location

MediPrice doesn't track where you are. When you search for the "Nearest pharmacy," your phone or computer handles the map work. We never see or save your actual location on our systems.

3. Prescription Reader

Our Prescription Reader lets you check prices by taking a photo of your script. This photo is handled with extreme care—it is never stored or saved. Our system reads the medicine names temporarily just to show you the price comparisons, and then the image is immediately deleted. We never keep your personal health details.

4. Payment processing

When you subscribe to a Pro plan, your payment is handled by PayFast, a leading payment provider. MediPrice never sees or stores your bank or card details. We only keep a record that your subscription is active so you can use the Pro features.

5. Trusted Partners

We work with a few trusted service providers to keep the site running smoothly. They help us with:

• Keeping the website online and working fast.
• Powering our Prescription Reader to identify medicines accurately.
• Sending you sign-in links and subscription updates.
• Giving us basic, anonymous info on how the site is performing.

6. Safety and Security

We use advanced safety features to keep your information private. From secure connections to password-free sign-ins, your privacy is our top priority. While no system is perfect, we work hard every day to keep MediPrice a safe place for you.

7. Children's Privacy

MediPrice is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
